Ben went out to look for him, only to be confronted by a man with a gun, who was running from the police. One night when Peter came home late, Ben had been fed up with him always being late, he demanded that Peter apologize to his aunt, only for Peter to storm out of the house, slamming and breaking the glass in the door. These powers would lead him to become the masked hero known as Spider-Man, but because of this, Peter would come home late at night with cuts and bruises, often to his aunt and uncle's questioning toward this. Soon after, Peter found himself blessed with remarkable strength and agility. Though Peter did briefly encounter Connors, it was the bite from a genetically altered spider (That got shocked by a radioactive spark of electricity) he received after sneaking into a restricted area that would change his life forever. This lead to a brief fight, broke up by Gwen Stacy. While trying to see if the bullied student was okay, Flash caught Peter with a right hook, knocking him onto the ground. Flash tried to get Peter to take a picture to humiliate another kid that he was bullying but Peter refused. Peter was bullied by fellow classmate Flash Thompson fairly often. He had always been attracted to fellow student, Gwen Stacy, who was not only beautiful, but was also the top of their high school class.
Although he was certainly not one of the popular kids, he thrived in most of his studies, particularly science. And that's what I love about being Spider-Man.Īfter his parents' disappearance at the age of six, Peter Parker moved in with his Aunt May and Uncle Ben. I'm the only one standing between the villains and the innocent. I owe it to the people who've believed in me. But what's important is no matter what life throws at me, I get back up. People who trusted in me, people I loved.
But I'd be lying if I said I wish I could be normal again. I've risked my life for this city, and I couldn't imagine what would happen if I didn't. Turns out with great powers comes a huge slew of bad guys either from the same cross-species crop or with cutting edge weaponry out for my head, and that puts people in danger. Since then, life's.well, it's had it's ups and downs. I got these powers thanks to a project my father worked on for Oscorp, in the field of Cross-Species Genetics, from a spider bite. The day I became New York's greatest hero. It's been about, what, seven years since the day my life really changed forever.
